About Our Founders

Smith & Kenner Pharmaceuticals was founded under the visionary leadership of Dr. Jayaswamy Sesham, a distinguished veterinarian (B.V.Sc.) and a postgraduate in Business Management based in Hyderabad, India.

With over two decades of robust experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Jayaswamy’s journey began with stellar track records at global pharmaceutical giants. Starting his career with G.D. Searle India, his exceptional sales leadership and dynamic market acumen quickly caught the attention of John Wyeth & Brother Ltd., where he was brought on board to lead the Hyderabad headquarters. Throughout his tenure at Wyeth, Dr. Jayaswamy consistently proved his dynamism, operational excellence, and deep understanding of healthcare needs.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to global health, he established Smith & Kenner Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., transforming it into a highly reputable name in pharmaceutical formulations.
